Location
The water tower is situated in Vlissingen, near the boulevard and "Het Badstrand", the southernmost sandy beach of the Netherlands.

Lay-out
Behind the entrance, on the ground floor, you will find a wonderful living room with spacious sitting area, satellite TV, games and books, atmospheric fireplace, ZH, radio, highchair and free internet. Spacious kitchen-diner complete with microwave, coffee-maker, freezer, stove (5 rings) and cooker, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, electric kettle and a large dining table for 16 persons.

In-between floor (half floor above the kitchen) with children’s room with 4 beds and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, with 2 single beds (boxspring) each and a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and bathroom furniture. On the second floor you will find one bedroom with 2 single beds (boxspring) and a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and separate toilet. On the third floor you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (boxspring). Hall (3rd floor) with separate toilet.

Outside you will find a new, partially fenced-off garden with furnished terrace and private parking place for 4 cars.

Extra’s
Basement with washing machine and drier. In this basement you will find a fully furnished playroom with arcade games, billiard table and table football

Between the 3rd floor and the attic you will find the water butt which has been preserved. You can walk around this butt OR even stand in the butt. Through the spiral staircase in this butt you will reach the attic (in the tower) with meeting room.
