The permanent presentation of Streekmuseum Het Land van Axel portrays the history of the landscape and habitation of present-day Central Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. High-lights include a collection of regional costume as worn in Axel from 1850-1950, a farm living-room, kitchen and bedroom, histrorical cartographical material and a collection of farm carts and equipment. There ara varying exhibitions trhoughout the year. Fun for young and old!
