The harbour in Bruinisse is the Vluchthaven, situated on the Keeten/Zijpe waterway. It is a rectangular harbour with two piers (12.2 ha). There is a landing quay on Vluchthavenweg road, and there are a number of old stages in the northern part of the harbour for inland vessels looking for somewhere to moor. There are 13 berths for fishing vessels on the side of the harbour closest to the Oosterschelde estuary.
